What's confirmed

6 sourced facts

Established 2019; runs under DSTTE, Government of Bihar; affiliated to BEU
Offers six B.Tech programmes, including CSE (AI), CSE (Data Science) and Mathematics & Computing
UGEAC 2025 first round allotted CSE (AI) and CSE (DS) seats
CSE (Artificial Intelligence) is present in the UGEAC-2023 seat matrix at 60 seats, so its first admitting session was 2023-24 or earlier.
CSE (Data Science) is absent from UGEAC-2023 and present at 60 seats in UGEAC-2024, so its first admitting session was 2024-25.
B.Tech Mathematics and Computing first appears in the UGEAC-2026 round-1 allotment, which is why it was not in the 2025 list: its first session is 2026-27.

The Mathematics and Computing intake, which the round-1 allotment does not state.
These dates come from the year-by-year state counselling seat matrices. A branch present in a year’s matrix is positive evidence it admitted that session; a branch absent is weak evidence, because a branch can exist with no seats allotted in a round.
The UGEAC 2021 and 2022 prospectuses and allotment documents could not be retrieved, so the 2021 to 2023 window cannot be closed. Neither AI, data science, cyber security nor IoT appears anywhere in the 2019-20 or 2020-21 counselling documents.
