About Bihari Adda

Bihari Adda tracks technology and AI developments in Bihar: policies, partnerships, programmes, jobs, and startups. For each one, we show how far it has actually progressed, from announced to approved, finalised, initiated, operational, and outcome verified. The goal is to separate what has been promised from what has been delivered.

Bihari Adda is an independent project run under the BihariAdda name.

Every entry cites dated sources, preferably official notices, government releases, or primary reporting. Where a source has no public link, we say so. Our methodology page explains how records are verified and what each stage and confidence level means.

Bihari Adda is self-funded and independent, and isn't affiliated with any government body, party, or company covered on the site. The site carries Google AdSense advertising. Ads don't influence which developments are tracked or how they are rated.

What we do

If a record is wrong, we correct it and note the change on the page with the date. We don't silently rewrite entries.

Stage changes

When a development moves forward (or stalls), we update its stage and show the date.

Removals

We remove a record only if it was never valid, and we note why.

Each dataset shows the date it was last checked.
